The staff responded to questions I had prior to the appointment. I was welcomed courteously when I came in. The tea available helped me relax prior to an appointment I was nervous about. The staff in dental work area made me feel comfortable.

If you took the Best Practices of the most outstanding dental practices from across the country and combined all into one office...….. you would have this practice. The facility is immaculate, staff highly trained, and Dr. Farah is the best. I really like that they explain what they are going to do, do it with expertise, then explain what they did, and always conclude discussing next steps. In summary, outstanding! Highly recommend. I had always been very hesitant about getting dental work done due to the stigmas and misconceptions people have of the dental industry. After visiting Dr Farahs office and being treated with the amount of respect and kindness that I received, I no longer have any concerns. Every time I walk through the door I am greeted by name and everyone there has a genuine smile and great attitude. I always feel like I am the most important person in the room and that to me is important in being able to feel comfortable and like I am being well cared for. Dr Farah and his staff do a really great job at being thorough and making sure that even someone like myself, who has no medical knowledge, completely understands everything that is going on. My appointment was a consultation for possible periodontal surgery prior to bracing of lower teeth. All staff members I came in contact with were very caring, professional, and genuinely interested in you as a person, not just a potential patient. Questions were encouraged, especially by Dr. Farah, and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations which would be relayed to the Orthodontist. Having worked in the health care field for 49 years, I can only marvel at this exceptional practice and how they treat their patients.

Even though going to a dentist isn't usually considered a pleasant experience, Dr. Farah and his caring staff makes it one. They are so caring and comforting, it does turn out to be one.
